Associates

Recruit and level up associates to become top Don. There are hundreds of associates to recruit, level up and fight. Recruit associates by ranking up in recruiting jobs, doing gift jobs with the help of your mob, and recruiting them with the help of Don Corleone.

Associate Stats

Each associate is unique. Recruiting alot of associates is the key to having a strong, well-balanced crew. Each associate you find increases your stats.

Attack - Contributes to your crews total attack points.

Defense - Contributes to your crews total defense points.

Health - Contributes to your crews total health points.

Type - Your associates type determines which skills they can learn.

Rep - Influences the chance you will get a drive-by during fights. Only associates in crew slots can contribute to your crews rep.

Class - Influences the chance you will hit the safehouse during the fight. Only associates in crew slots can contribute to your crews class.


Loyalty and Cuts

Every associate wants a certain cut. If an associate desire a certain cut and you don't give it to them, they will become disloyal and stop earning XP from jobs and fights. Give your associates bigger cuts so they're loyal, that way they can keep leveling up. Alternately, you can make your associate a 'Friend of the Family' or 'Made Man'. That will not only keep your associate permanently loyal, but also provide an XP boost.

Associate Loyalty
As some associates level up, they will want bigger cuts. Keep your associates loyal by increasing their cuts as they gain levels. Each loyalty has a different set of bonuses.

Friend of the Family/Made Man - +25%XP, +25% to all stats.
Very Loyal - +10%XP, +10% to all stats.
Loyal - No bonus
Reliable - -10% to all stats
Unreliable - -50%XP, -10% to all stats.
Disloyal - -100%XP, -10% to all stats.

Make your associates very loyal by giving them a cut thats bigger than the one they want. Some associates will need to be 'Friends of the Family/Made Man' to stay loyal as they level up, but don't worry, their stats are generally higher than an average associate's when they level up.
